Ross Loveland started Grow Green Profit Advisors on the belief that beauty businesses provide a tremendous amount of good to our communities. But that, unfortunately, far too many business owners are struggling and aren’t getting the rewards they deserve for the good they do.

A southern Texas girl, Christine has both bachelor's and master's degrees in Accounting. That, combined with her customer service experience, allows her to guide True Profit Salons clients to new levels of profitability!
Fun Fact: While in college, Christine starred on tour as the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist & activist, Ida B. Wells.

Alexandra grew up in New York, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and now lives on Nantucket Island, MA. Her attention to detail and love for building customer relationships allow her to help True Profit Salon clients reach their full potential.

Julie lives in Idaho and is a retired homeschool mom of 15 years.
She re-entered the workforce during Covid. She is people-centric and loves helping them level up in many areas. She is excited to bring this skillset to our team and clients.
